Why MeaningStack Exists

Without proper governance infrastructure, Europe and the world face major safety, compliance, and ethical challenges as AI systems become increasingly autonomous. Organizations are deploying AI agents in high-stakes domains—healthcare, finance, infrastructure—without the ability to maintain meaningful oversight at machine speed.

Our purpose is to ensure the governability, discernability, reliability, trust, and accountability of autonomous AI at scale.
